Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, I will send you an email with the tracking number and courier service used. Please allow up to 1 business day for the tracking to become active.
Do you ship internationally?
I do not offer international shipping however I can make special exceptions for unframed prints only. Please contact me with your full address (including country), which prints you're after and I will provide you with a quote. I accept PayPal or direct debit for these types of orders. All prices are in AUD.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately I am unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes due to size restrictions.
Purchasing & Orders
Can I change my order?
If you would like to change your order, and your order has not been printed I may be able to make the required adjustments. Please contact me as soon as possible so I can ensure these changes are made before production.
Do you do custom orders?
Of course! If you need a specific size, frame or material custom orders (including canvas & acrylic prints) are available upon request. Please contact me with your requirements and I will be happy to assist.
I haven’t received my order - what’s going on?

Can I order images from your Instagram?
Yes. Please contact me with the image you’d like to order and include any other requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
PayPal and direct debit (details upon request). You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay through PayPal. Simply select PayPal as your payment method and follow the prompts.

Where do you get your images printed?
All of my images are printed and framed by The Frame Shop in Roselands, Sydney.

Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?
My supplier & I strive for a high degree of image accuracy. All detail, markings & final printed colour is intended & how the artwork is meant to be produced. However, in some cases, the visual representation may be approximate, or prints may vary. For example, depending on your requested print size, the image may require some altering in dimensions to fit the required frame or print.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
As all prints are made to order unfortunately I do not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been shipped, in transit or already received. However please contact me and I will do my best to help out in whatever way I can to ensure a satisfactory result.
